However these are actually Bohemian Waxwings. You can tell because of the reddish brown undertail coverts (brown butts basically ).. Cedar Wax
Cedar or Bohemian's are very beautiful and very comical to watch. They're very family flock orientated. They'll fly into fruiting trees & berry bushes and be very close together, almost side-by-side. One will pick a berry and pass it to the bird beside it, who passes it to the next and so on down the line.
It's a species of bird I'm kinda surprised has survived the perils of Darwin's Law -given their affection for some fruits & berries. Ever seen an inebriated bird???? I've seen Waxwings literally DRUNK on over-ripe fermenting berries. Sooo snockered in fact, they were sitting on the ground because they were so wobbly they couldn't stay perched in the branches, let alone fly anywhere.
